In the event of a return, please send us an e-mail to info@chichi-paris.com with the subject “RETURN”, please specify in your e-mail the order number as well as the item to be returned.

Returns must be made within 7 days.

We do not cover packaging costs or return shipping costs. All returned items must arrive unused and in their original packaging. The refund will be made to the payment method used during the purchase. The payment method cannot be changed.

We do not accept returns on made-to-order items.

Chichi Paris reserves the right to refuse returned items that are not in their original condition for the following reasons: missing original packaging, damaged or stained item, missing label.
